23/01/08 – New Call Centre Live
It is a pleasure to announce today that the Council’s new call centre has gone live. The new service which runs in parallel with the One Stop Shop in Wat Tyler house forms part of our 50 Promises in the Swindon 2010 document.
The call centre can be reached on 01793 445500 from 8am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 1pm on Sat. A team of 50 call centre staff will be pleased to assist and endeavour to provide a one-call solution.
The plan over time is to make as many of our services as possible be handled by the call centre meaning less passing around and re-dials.
